Charity Firewalks

If you are planning to organise a Charity Firewalk, you have come to the right place. A Charity Firewalk is a successful way to raise funds, increase awareness and at the same time empower the lives of your participants. We will support you every step of the way. With over fifteen years in the events industry, Olivia has extensive experience of what it takes to create a fantastic event, and for safety implementation. Olivia brings a burning passion to do everything she does, with many incredible testimonials. She gains connection with people and really understands how to install confidence and self-belief in those who undertake her powerful and life-changing events.

So, what’s the cost?

The cost per head is £50 with a minimum of 20 participants. There is no upper limit number. We have delivered firewalks with hundreds of people. Should you have more than 20 participants, please contact us for a fixed price as we can reduce the price per head so that you can generate more funds for your charity.

Some charities take this fee from their fund raising, some charge a set fee to participate and give a fundraising target. We recommend taking a deposit to confirm their place. This ensures your costs are covered even if a participant pulls out at the last minute.

As part of our Charity Firewalk service, we include:

  • A dedicated Event Manager to co-ordinate your event with you
  • Risk Assessment and Event Management Plan
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Professional Event Photography
  • Complete clear up of the venue
  • A team of trained staff to ensure a fantastic and safe event
  • Marketing material
  • We will promote your event on our social media channels (With permission)

How much can we raise?

The sky’s the limit on this one, depending on the number of participants and your marketing approach. It’s a great idea to set a fundraising target. You may want to use a Fundraising Platform such as Just Giving.

Where can I hold the firewalk?

We can deliver the firewalk at a venue of your choice. We need somewhere outside for the Firewalk, which could be a car park, grass, concrete, and tarmac. We provide all the equipment, and the site is left completely clear after the event. The fire walk is undertaken without any damage to the ground utilising our hidden ground protection equipment.

It is ideal if your venue has a training room to deliver the training an hour prior to the firewalk. However subject to the weather and time of year, this can be delivered around the fire.

How long does it take?

Typically, it takes two hours for a charity firewalk, which includes the training and firewalk. Spectators are welcome to watch the firewalk. Subject to numbers they are welcome to watch the training too.

Feel confident that you are choosing a professional company who are experienced with a proven record.
