Empowerment Experience Day: “Fearless for Forget-Me-Nots”
A Day of Personal Transformation, Powerful Connection, and Fundraising in Honour of Loved Ones and Dementia Support.
Join us for a day filled with powerful experiences, community-building, and meaningful transformation as we raise funds for Dementia UK and Reuben’s Retreat.
Why This Event?
This Empowerment Experience Day is part of a larger charity fundraiser supporting two causes that mean the world to Claire Calladine:
Dementia UK – In memory of my amazing Dad, who I lost last year. He was my inspiration and the reason I keep moving forward even when the going gets tough.
Reuben’s Retreat – A charity that provides support for families facing the heartbreaking challenges of child loss or life-limiting conditions. This cause is close to my heart, and I want to contribute to their amazing work.
Claire turned 50 this year and set herself the goal to complete 50 marathons raising funds for these charities. We would love you to join us in this empowering fundraising event.

Setting intentions

Bend a steel bar using your throat and intention
A bold act of trust, focus, and strength
Builds community support
🥗 12:30 PM – Lunch Break (Included with your ticket)
Nourishing buffet lunch
💫 1:30 PM – Glass Walk
Walking barefoot across broken glass
Cultivates presence, inner stillness, and awareness
Reconnects you to your courage and calm
💥 2:30 PM – Board Break Challenge
Smash through limiting beliefs
Write your “barrier or goal” on a board, then BREAK through it
Celebrate your inner fire and momentum
🌅 3:30 PM – Fire Lighting Ceremony
Lighting the fire in circle
Put your intentions in the fire
