The Elemental Journey

Firewalk on Water, Floating Sauna & Wild Waters

Walk barefoot across glowing embers on a floating pontoon, suspended between sky and water on a still Nordic lake.

At the end of your walk, if you feel called, leap from fire into water - plunge into the cool embrace of the lake, swim beneath the open sky, then climb the ladder into the warmth of the sauna. A nervous system reset guided by nature herself.

We will gather and feast together on the pontoon, held by water, fire, and community.

The lake mirrors the flames.

Earth & Ember Pottery Workshop

There is something profoundly healing about shaping clay with your hands. In this guided workshop, you will create your own hand-built string pot - formed slowly, intentionally, coil by coil.

No wheels. No rush. Just touch, breath, and earth.

This is meditation in motion.

Your pot will symbolise:

• What you are holding

• What you are releasing

The clay will be fired at the retreat and returned to you (or collected), so you leave with a tangible piece of your transformation.

The Oracle Constellation Room

An entire room transformed.

Charcoal gathered from your own firewalk becomes your medium.
