Path of Fire: Firewalk Instructor & Experiential Empowerment Coach Training

Learn to facilitate awe-inspiring firewalks, breakthrough experiences, and empowerment rituals that awaken courage, clarity, and confidence. Led by Master Firewalk Instructor Olivia Beardsmore, this heart-centred training combines expert firewalking knowledge with intuitive leadership and business mastery.

You'll graduate with two internationally recognised certifications:

• Advanced International Firewalk Instructor & Experiential Empowerment Coach

Path of Ice: Trauma-Informed Cold Water Therapy Instructor Training

Dates: 26th – 28th October 2025

Unlike the shock-based Wim Hof approach, this trauma-informed method offers a gentler, science-backed path into the healing power of cold. Created by somatic facilitator Kevin O'Neill, this course focuses on choice, breath, vagus nerve activation, and emotional safety - rooted in the work of Bessel van der Kolk and Professor Mike Tipton.

You’ll learn to:

• Facilitate safe, empowering cold-water immersion experiences

• Understand trauma physiology and nervous system literacy

• Support clients with PTSD, anxiety, or emotional dysregulation

• Integrate cold-water therapy into Fire & Ice events, retreats, or 1:1 work
