Would you like to complete a Firewalk and create an anchor of accomplishment, to help you realise you can do anything you put your mind to?
Firewalking is known for the power to change lives, its empowering and gives a real sense of personal fulfilment and achievement. The act of walking barefoot across burning embers can have a very profound effect on the mind and body. The mind and body tells us it’s not normal to walk on fire, and our brain will do everything it can to stop us from taking that first step. There are so many benefits available to us if we change our mindset to overcome the emotions of fear, anxiety, stress and limiting beliefs, to be able to engage and make the commitment to do something you never thought you could ever do – a huge step in taking back your power!
The finale Fire walk ceremony will be led by Internationally qualified, empowerment and fire walking instructor Olivia Beardsmore.

To support you in this challenge and raise donations for the charities, please share this page with your friends and family, as sponsorship towards your courage, determination, and strength to face your fear and confidently walk of fire! Invite a group to cheer you on and as a gift you will all have the chance to learn mindfulness techniques whilst soaking up a peaceful setting.
Fundraisers Kiren & Eleena took on the challenge last year at the Burning Women Festival, and it was an amazing experience! There is something so magical about walking on fire that it’s hard to explain, but you will know what we mean after you have taken the incredible, life changing steps for yourself – click on the link to watch our video Firewalk, hand in hand!
Whenever we watch this clip, it activates our inner fire and drives us forward! With your consent we will record your walks to allow you to remember this pivotal mindful moment for you!
Why are we holding this event and what charities will we be donating to?
Together we bring you a charity event retreat, allowing you to delve deep to face your fears, in a tranquil space within nature around the fire to listen within, witness what you may be holding back. Making steps to manage your mental health & remind you the power of your own brain!
Supporting people with brain injury is a cause very close to Kiren’s heart since suffering a brain haemorrhage in 2010. To mark the 12th year anniversary of her survival and living a healthy life, AVM free, Kiren would like to raise funds for Headway – The Brain Injury Association an organisation that provide practical support and guidance to patients and their families following brain injury.
In November 2017, Kiren faced her fear of heights by taking on the challenge of a 160ft bungee jump, she raised £941 for Queen Elizabeth Hospital who performed surgery to save her life, and Kings Lodge Rehabilitation Centre who gave her the confidence to get back on her feet. The funds raised were matched by her employer Amey Consulting making it a total of £1,882. Amey will do the same again for this event, 100% of the donations will be split between the two charities so let’s dig deep and maximise our funding. A few years ago, Eleena suffered a multitude of mental health hardships which forced her to stop, slow down and since then step up her self care routine to ensure she is managing her mental health daily. Fortunately, Eleena had a support system to get her through the darkness and aspires to be a helping hand for other struggling souls. Eleena is now a Mental Health Ambassador and has a holistic health business, as a mindful mentor at Amor Vida, focused on self-love and helping others implement daily mindful moments. Eleena wishes to donate to Mind – Mental Health Charity as they were an incredible source of information during dark times.
For 2022 Mental Health Awareness month in May, the general themes are ‘Loneliness’, ‘Coming together’ & ‘Finding confidence to be you’. In line with this, and Headways’ Action for Brain Injury week, Kiren, Eleena & Olivia are holding an event to include the following:
* A chance to hear about our stories to help raise awareness of mental health, burn-out and brain injury;
* In preparation of your Fire walk, and a chance to learn valuable tools to incorporate into your daily routine, Eleena will deliver a session on mindfulness meditation techniques and a Self-care talk, with an opportunity to see her Mindfulness products.
* Rob has generously donated to the event by cooking a delicious hot meal for each of us to enjoy, around an open fire, before the firewall ceremony begins.
The event will take place in a peaceful, tranquil, ten acres of community-owned land at Whistlewood Common Melbourne, on 22nd May 2022, starting at 3pm, finishing at 8pm. The creators of this sustainable space are community focused and have built a beautiful base using permaculture principles, have a read of their story for further information.
*Please note the site location is not clearly marked on the sat nav, therefore please take the exit signposted Animal Farm, then take your first right.
Thank you so much for your generous donations and support towards these life changing charities, the funds will be gratefully received.
We look forward to warmly welcoming you all!
Much love Kiren, Eleena and Olivia xxx
